We are quickly approaching the end!  I have only one more assessment to give in math (time and graphing).  Hooray!  I have a few kids asking to retake their timed tests to increase their score.  I guaranteed them that I will take only the highest score.

Please remind your child to wear his/her yellow field day shirt and sneakers tomorrow.  Each child will probably want a water bottle (labeled with his/her name) as well.  Field Day will be wonderful no matter the weather.  Miss Knoblock will be attending and so will my daughter, Aimee.

This week we continued to work on telling time, poetry, and reading.  We completed our simple machines lessons by making and firing catapults...very exciting!  Next week, we will complete any additional lessons necessary and start packing and cleaning our room.  I can't believe the end is here!  This year really flew!

I hope to see you on Friday at our Flag Day assembly.  It will be in the gym and begin promptly at 2:20.  You will be amazed at your children's poise and speaking ability.  They have grown so much.
